If you have no idea how to play TFC, tutorials can be found inside that download in the form of a READ ME.txt. The only thing that's disallowed is doing anything that would negatively impact the server itself, such as DDoSing it, flooding it with too many messages or editing the IP to be incorrect anywhere.
