Formed by the Inter-Colonial Security Department in 5256. Their Primary Objectives are to maintain constant military Readiness aboard the EDS Relentless, an Anchor Class Attack Carrier, ready at all times to defend the people of the Earth Colonial Governments from all threats, internal and external.
