TLDESTSOF, The Last Division, Estonian Special Operation Forces is an squad of the TLD, specialized in counter-terrorism intelligence and recon operations leadership all around the European continent. The squad itself is assembled from highly classified units, who are heavily trained to be the best marksmen, the stealthiest people alive. They are all from the Estonian country and are considered one of the strongest private security/paramilitarian special operation forces in the world, right after S.A.S.

Sub-Squads and Ranking

So we have two sub-squads for ESTSOF.

Alpha Squad: Direct Assault Team [DAT] specializing in breaching, direct engagement and explosives.
Xray Squad: Stealth Engagement Team [SET] specializing in knife usage, silenced weaponry, sniping and quiet movement.

How to get into one of those squads?
Usually you aren't permanently to set to a different squad. Your name will be remembered along with your specialty, and in briefing you will be set to a proper squad. For example: Carpo: Right, Sneaks and Tim, assemble SET, prepare for hostage extraction. Rick and Tom assemble DAT, once hostage is extracted, you move in and neutralize all threats.

Special Ranking:
Alpha Squad

Head of Operation [HO] - The head of operation, the manager of deployment, engagement and operator positions. This rank can only be given out by an very high rank (Group Administrators).

Team Leader [TL] - Leader of the team, gives on-site orders to the operators.

Clearance Specialist [CS] - Enters rooms first, confirming the safety.

Marksman Specialist [MS]- Covers the windows, engaging at will, unless told otherwise by TL or HO.

Operator [OP] - Regular troop, can be given orders by TL and HO

Xray Squad
------------------

Head of Operation [HO] - The head of operation, the manager of deployment, engagement and operator positions. This rank can only be given out by an very high rank (Group Administrators).

Stealth Team Leader [STL] - Leader of the team, gives on-site orders to the operators.

Executional Specialist [ES] - Gives orders on-site about engagement methods and ways, manages where the operators go and who they engage on.

Marksman Specialist [SMS]- Covers the windows, engaging only on permission OR critical situation.

Stealth Operator [SOP] - Regular stealth troop, can be given orders by STL and HO

Please keep this in mind during recruitment

Regular operators
1. Recruitment is not allowed for non-high ranks (group moderators or administrators)
2. You may not invite people to this group cause they're friends.
3. If you get invited to this group from a non-administrator, non-moderator, do not accept the invite as it may get you banned from the squad.

High-Ranks (Administrators and Moderators)
1. Pre-recruitment phase requires you to test the operator's ability to stay tactical, use proper methods of communication and be able to shoot properly at given targets, in training areas.
2. You must warn/ban operators who aren't high ranks from the squad in-case they invite people to the group.
3. Keep in mind that we can not under any circumstance accept trolling/misbehaviour.
