This is the place to find out about new events, goings on, and of course talk to the other members of TKOT! Guild wars 2 will be releasing on the 25th August for pre-puchasers at between 5-8am UK time.

As a guild, we wont be aiming to be 'hardcore' in any specific element, games are for entertainment, making it a job by enforcing gametypes ect. just doesn't appeal to me. Instead, we will build a community that people want to be part of and enjoy being in. We wont be cultivating an aggresive atmosphere, instead being inclusive.

However, we will still have the skill to persuing higher end content (and will help others cultivate that skill), and as such we should be heavily involved in Fissure of Woe's fights in World versus World and will most certainly focus on explorable mode dungeons.

The Leaders in game name will at least include the name 'A Comfy Chair'. Officers are still TBC for the final release (Aside from OddBlob), but since we will start off small-ish and i'll have insane amount of time online, we wont need too many officers at first.

Also, There was quite a lot of Italian chat going on today, plus i think it's just a good idea for us to move to a primarily English server. As the game gets bigger, more people will flock to unofficial language servers for their language. I think it's better for us to avoid any problems that could happen with that no, rather than have to spend money to change later :)

Since FoW has been claimed as the 'unofficial Italian server' and indeed is getting a good amount of Italian chat in general chat now, i'm moving the guild to the english dedicated Ruins of Surmia.

World transfers are free at launch, so i'm not too concerned about people picking FoW accidentally, hence why i'm making this change. Obviously, to save the hassle, try to go for ruins of surmia straight away though!

tl;dr? Ruins of surmia, pick it.
