Brothers of our little Cartel, it's time for me to reveal our true purpose...

We will be running Recruitment courses for the members that strike us as most eligible, and gifted. As for the rest of you (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Valter); you are to continue to conduct your business as usual under the guise of the "Altis Broadcasting Company" as a means of shadowing our own true intentions, until you come of age.

Moon, you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blueberry you... Are still permitted to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to your hearts content, you're as big a part of us as anyone else, even if you are a dirty dirty police officer
