Defence of the Shrines 2(THD2),a collaborative content creation of Touhou Project which is based on DOTA 2,was started in July 2014.Justarcherit,the ex-leader of Defence of the Shrines,and John C.lilly,one of the presidents of Touhou Bar leads the programming team.

Defence of the Shrines 2 is a huge upgrade of Defence of the Shrines.It has changed engine from WarCraft III to DOTA 2.This offers more comfortable operation,more resplendent effect and more magnificent world view.
