How to make a raffle

Wanna make a raffle? If so read this

Step 1: Add a moderator or admin (or even owner) and request to make a raffle
Step 2: Once done tell him/her the entry price, how many slots and how long (Longest time is 1 week.)
Step 3: Give the person the item.
Step 4: Also give the person you've selected 10% of the items value
Step 4: If someone joins the raffle, they'll give the metal (or selected item) to the him/her and then him/her will give the item to the one that requested to make the raffle
Step 5: After the timespan is up the person will give the item to whoever is picked from a random number generator.
Step 6: ...
Step 7: Profit

Extra things
You can only cancel a raffle if noone has joined it, however you don't get the 10% of the items value back.
