Bring back filters on everybody's favorites section for the tf2 workshop!

Now, I know what you're all thinking, and no I did not talk to Valve to try and get filters back. I had to go through my 256 pages of favorited tf2 items on the workshop, and followed every author. It took weeks. I later realized that you can only follow a set amount of authors, so I had to prioritize and only follow that amount. But I did it, and the good thing is that the followed authors section has filters. This was a very hard thing to accomplish, so don't try this at home, unless you don't have 256 pages of favorites unlike me
