Administrator can do:
1.Inviting friends to join.
2.Joining raffles.
3.Chatting and talking (But Don't Spam)
4.Make some discussion (But Don't Make any **** Discussion.
5.Make some raffles.
6.Kick player that spam at group chat or anywhere else.
7.Make giveaway.

Owner can do:
@OWNER CAN DO EVERYTHING@

Rules

4.Don't change your name while you are in the raffle.
4:2. If you change we don't think we can find you.
