Perhaps your stats were gimped by some bug?
Maybe you joined some modded server yesterday totally unaware that that backstab would grant you 99,999 damage points?
Or perhaps, while in the rush to obtain your ubersaw before everybody else, you foolishly went away from your keyboard auto healing, racking up that 1,000,000 heal points in a single life.
