How to Raffle ?

About: You pay the price stipulated for the owner of topic and choose the number. Can be filled more than 1 space per person.

The Raffle is done in "www.random.org".

If you are not the winner, it will return the metal / key. If you are the winner, the owner of the trade topic should send you to send the item. If you do not reach the goal of participants, the metal will be returned.

For a member to do a raffle, you must pay a fee of 1 key for adm.
