Terrestrial Empire of Mars

The Terrestrial Empire of Mars was started in 2020 on Mars. The empire, in its beginning, was a colony of the space program on earth, known as NASA. In 2085, Tal U Monsa Da Halua, a human native of Mars, broke the communication with NASA, and made Mars a seperate empire. This has allowed TEMARS, their space program, to make various "futuristic"-looking weapons and spaceships, considering the humans had not advanced much from 2000 to 2085. Also, Mars-native humans can live forever, due to a recently discovered chemical on the planet.
