Greetings.

Without much ado, I would like to present you the Solution which may allow us to make some progress in Role-Play and may ultimately help us revive it. I have been calling for such a system for a long time, but many newer members do not seem to get it. So, in order to clear any confusion, I am posting this Solution. This is probably the only way, Role-Play can return to life and it consists of the following:

Note: This announcement only relates to Victorian Role-Play, but can work for Ancient Role-Play as well ~ which is currently a huge mess

Firstly, we must make an attempt to collect all the active group that remains, including some isolationist groups to form a "Treaty". Yes, a Treaty. For now, we may not need a central group for the Treaty, but as far as I can say, it is the only possible solution due to the fact that Treaties require active groups to participate and non the "one-man" groups that are found in hundreds in the whole of the Role-Play community. Activity is what counts the most. Inactive groups generally fall apart, people ragequit because there is not much at stake afterall, but that is not the case with truly active groups. The only remaining active groups in Victorian Role-Play are: Empire of Europe ( Austrian Empire ), British Empire, Velikoy Rossii ( Russian Empire ), Confederate States of America ( CSA ), United States of America ( USA ).

Secondly, if you may have noticed, I have dis-included some groups from the list because in reality, the ones not mentioned are either quite dead or are rather an unrealistic, immature group which are of no use to the RP Community. You may think, this is biased or something of that manner, but if you think properly, no it is not at all biased, it is rather the truth. Such groups must either Reform or will be dis-included.

Thirdly, this Treaty must be of a Permanent Nature or else it will fall apart, that said we must avoid the use of any central group or Organisation.

Thus, the only thing we can do now is to have a Grand Meeting between the Leaders of the Group with the inclusion of Major Figures in the Role-Play Community who maybe able to give back some life to some dormant, dead or semi-active groups ( Like: The Siamese Empire, Ethiopian Empire, The Bavarian Empire, The Kingdom of Two Sicilies, etc), and decide upon a common map.
