To My People of TC,

The time has come to announce, that I will be shutting down TC-Cluster and retiring as Server Owner. There will be 1 more Season hosted, Season #25 starting August 2nd, 2019.

In the Fall of 2016, I was approached to admin on a server and thoroughly enjoyed learning the ropes. Eventually, I started running that server full time. Then in the spring of 2017, due to an unexpected situation, roughly 30 people were suddenly without a server and host. It fell into my lap to quickly set up a server and thus TC-Cluster was officially established in May 2017.

It was a difficult decision to make but it is time to say goodbye to the most amazing gaming experience of my life. I have been admining and running servers for 3 years straight. Hosting, of course takes a lot of work, time, commitment and if you're dedicated to helping everyone you can - a lot of sleepless nights XD. I am looking forward to getting my real life back like sleep, weekends/evenings free with family and friends, as well as spending some time on Ark Officials.


DETAILS ABOUT LAST SEASON

Current Season will end July 30th in preparation for the Last Season. Season will begin August 2nd and run for 7 weeks until September 21st.

Island map will be returning and everyone can vote for the other 2 maps. A survey will come out this weekend to vote on a few things. There won't be many changes made; we don't want things to be too complicated for the last season.

We will be hosting a lot of Events and Giveaways - many of our popular events will be returning and some small events will be hosted mid-week.


INVITATION

I am cordially sending an invite to whoever is reading this to come play on TC-Cluster's last season. Whether you can only be here for 1 day or the whole season or join in at 4 weeks, whether you have played for 2 Seasons or all previous 24 Seasons, come drop by and say hello.
I will be reaching out to past members through Discord and Steam, feel free to do the same.

UNBAN REQUEST

There will be a few exceptions and the people who have been banned in the past may apply to be unbanned. However, the people who have made high level threats, high indications of personal or server harm, or donation disputes will not be considered.

If you or someone you know, would like to be unbanned for the Last Season, send a Discord PM. Make sure you include your steam link when you send a request. (Go to your Steam profile page, right click, copy page URL, paste to PMs)


THE FUTURE

Right now, there are a lot of things in the air after TC closes but we will approach this more and more as the Last Season goes on. I may leave the TC Discord open for a good number of you who wish to remaining in contact to play other games and whatnot. Whatever happens, I will always let you guys know!

What can I say? Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for the TC community. You guys are the ones who have kept TC alive for 2 and half years. Sure there were some difficult times and situations but we have always come back and kept trucking along! We've been through unprofessional and professional DDOS, power outages, machine failures, nightmares of new DLCs/patches/updates/new content, etc. I thank you for always being understanding as we did our best to fix each situation. I thank you for your continued support by means of donations and contributions to the community. I thank you for your words of encouragement through trying times and who have offered to help in any way they could. I thank you for helping and guiding the new players on Ark or TC. I thank my Admins and the people who stepped up to be TC Helpers; the things I could not have done without you guys. The list could go on and on. We started with a small group of 30 players and grew into seeing about 2,000 different players each given Season. I could not be more proud of the community and server that has been built.


Writing this announcement to you, has been bittersweet. There's a lot of great memories!
