Hello my fellow Clanmates!
Today, our promoted people are:

Biff, finishing his recruit period and advancing to rank 3

Also, a new thing: As Shub is gone, and Quartermastering is kinda my duty anyway, I erase the rank of his, and add a new one: Captain!

A captain is a leader for other Huskarls, but he is under commands of Jarl.
Its more of a title-only rank, that mostly works during the Strategus battles.
I won't appoint any Captains for now.
So, have fun and see you in a week :D
