Start-Up

The Steele Contracting Cooperative is a joint effort between myself, and other opportunistic independent contractors or workers of the Altis Life Asylum Servers, primarily based on server #4. We aim to keep things fairly open to all, in terms of business, as well as building new business connections with as many gangs and individuals as well. We strive to avoid conflicts of interest, and it should be noted that we do not prefer one gang over another in any aspect aside from pricing, and priority listing of certain contracts. Those who would like to join would need to be free of any gang, and requires no startup cash, or contributions to join. We aim to employ, serve, and profit to help those who wander without purpose. As an organization, cooperation is necessary, and is amply rewarded. If you aim to make a profit for yourself with risk to our reputations with contractees and gangs with business ties, you will do so off-duty, and be sure to distinguish this before it becomes a problem that the seniority will have to deal with.

With this group, I intend to enforce many benefits including, but not limited to

- Profit sharing
- Contract rewards
- Protected statuses if negotiable between other close gangs or individuals who do business with us. (During contracts)
- Compensation for preventable losses. (During contracts)

Much of what you will learn initially will be when working with myself, our seniority, and eventually written guides which will be posted in the Discord and Steam group.
