64 Bit client no longer installs cpuidsdk driver / CPU temperature no longer visible in overlay

STEPS
Install the latest client

Verify that "Enable kernel driver based metrics(CPU Temperature) is enabled in Steam Settings -> In Game, and that the full performance detaul level is set to FPS.CPU,GPU & RAM Full Details.

Launch a game with the steam overlay enabled

RESULTS
No system service is installed

CPU temperature is NOT visible in the performance overlay.

EXPECTED
Service installation of cpuz160 shows in the windows event log.

CPU temperature is visible in the performance overlay.
