We can't publish the app on Google Play, as we are not the owner of Steam. And also we are not able to publish the sources, as we have not the rights from Valve. I have already tried to contact them, but didn't got an answer.
And yeah, on admin has a Vac Bann, but this only means he has boosted his level in CoD MW3. This doesn't mean that he is a real hacker and is negative and want to steal your login.
You can trust us, because you can read the comments of current users on xda, just scroll through the pages and read the answers, you will see a nice community. You can find the link for xda here on steam
And Google Plus where you can see that we have more projects, including roms, apps, and more, we are trustfull
However, I can't risk giving my Steam account to an app not approved by Google Play Store. I also see banned members in this group, including one of the Admins.
Is it open source? How can we trust the app not to abuse or damage our Steam accounts?
