Recently writing reviews has been going well, big numbers and good reception but after writing for a while I believe I am done with it. Writing reviews make games less enjoyable cause one is always thinking about the review, or doing research, making notes, etc. It results in games being less fun for me, and I rather have 100% fun rather than 70%.

Another reason is that the community has change, these days most people will give you clown awards (and if you have comments on, insults and mockery) because you go against the Steam hivemind of good games good and bad games bad. I went against the flow (ha Limbus company reference) but after swimming opposite to the current for a while, I am tired of it. It saddens me when developers say they will fix the game and make it great following the feedback of the community and Steam users just keep throwing insults at them. No wonder most devs don't even bother fixing games...

Lastly, reviewing takes time. No guys, I don't sit there 5 minutes and write it. Even if they are simple, I think a lot of what to write about. I rather have the time for myself. By not reviewing games, I can always play what I want rather than "i gotta do a review this week ahh..." and I can just spent my time playing 2 games for months if I wish so. I also save money since spoiler alert, all my reviews are finance by me (mostly). Publishers refuse to give copies even when you show them a singular traffic of 33000 a month (yeah, 90% of people don't like or follow hahaha).

With all that said and done, this was a fun hobby that became unfun. I leave my work in the platform, but I probably won't done more again. At least for a long time. Cheers and thanks for the support all this time!~ I am looking forward to enjoying games as a player again!
