The very TTT Embassy in which justice is always served with a side of sprays. Members are most likely to be found in ForbisGaming.

There is only 1 rule/condition in #SprayWall2013. You may not kill one another. If it so happens that only #SprayWall2013 members are the only ones alive, only then may you take their lives, but only with a crowbar battle to the death. Otherwise, leave them be.
If in any event you see another #SprayWall2013 member murder an innocent, you may have a crowbar battle to the death as well as call them out.
If there is a KOS on a #SprayWall2013 member and you are in a group, if said member hits you with a bullet, you have permission to shoot him down.
If you are not in a group and you two are alone, crowbar battle to the death.
These are the only exceptions.
