Melee & Sniper

Melee weapons play a larger role, for those characters who have access to a melee weapon (Leon, Chris, Sherry, Jake). Firearms however, are still your most potent weapon, and Skills adjusting their damage rating should be purchased and upgraded first.

The Sniper Rifle is a weapon that appears in Resident Evil 6. The Sniper Rifle is seen in the hands of both Jake Muller, Sherry Birkin and Ada Wong. Its relation to any weapon in real life is unknown at this point. It is found near a supply stash by Jake and Sherry before they fend off an attack from J'avo shortly before an avalanche.
