How Do I get promoted?

Here's the criteria:
Moderator:
- Must be fun, mature, a good friend.
- Must have at least 100 hours on CSGO
- Must be active atleast every other day
Officer:
- Must have 50 hours on 2 games out of the 4 games associated with us
- Must be A close friend to Silly Dong
- Must be mature, fun, not akward and calm in stressful situations.
- Must be willing to help in orginize events
- Must be commited up to 3 months or face ban
