Sheck Labs was founded one year after Dr. Sheckley P. Quags was promoted to Head RD of Sector C. (July 9th, 1996) Sheck Labs R&D do the same thing as most R&D but take orders from one of the 2 Head R&D of SL, Dr. Sheckley P. Quags and Dr. Shakes Wilderson.

Hello, as you know, beta is coming. We need to find where SL will be.

Level B is rarely used, therefore, we will use UPPER Level B. Complete with a cafe, 2 big labs, and a security office.
