I like the heavy armor for engineer idea, but it really has to take up enough weight capacity to stop people from grabbing it just to be a kill whore. In addition, is it possible to make the armor reduce the draw and aim sight speed to simulate encumbrance?

It's probably the buff to all the 556 guns, the FAMAS is actualy good now. I was mowing down bots with it in Invasion a few hours ago.

People don't like dying, armor gets buffed. Bots get the same armor and people want better guns or drum mags. Bots get the same guns and people want better armor. Repeat ad infinitum. We don't need drum mags if the armor is like, reasonably balanced (subjective but whatevs).

I agree with the drum mag point. It's a consequence of the power creep that has happened over the past few update cycles. I'm in favor of increasing the overall lethality of guns and decreasing the difference between calibers.

I guess part of the balance of the Dragunov is the awful recoil recovery speed? But in theory you could be a monster with it if you manage the recoil well (I can't). You know, I'm getting some flashbacks about this Dragunov topic and I think this has been touched on long ago...

The 762 guns can get more kills per magazine than the dragunov. The problem with the dragunov is how OP it is compared to the bolt actions, having one less level of scope zoom doesn't really matter in insurgency. At least the Barrett is a heavy ass shit.
