Conquer and Hunt can be pretty fun, but Outpost is just a grind. There's always that one hiding bot you have to find to end the wave.

To add on, I would also like to suggest a feature to pick up spent cartridges and repack them them. Maybe add a minigame to do it successfully, if you fail you blow your hand off.

I wholeheartedly support the addition of an Obrez as sidearm. It doesn't need any optics, though.

I tried to optimize a map for a gmod game once, it was split into a bazillion visleaves and I had to manually rearrange all the tiny little brushes that were not func_detail. The brushes didn't close properly in so many places. I didn't finish the job, lol.

If you need people to place window portals and hint brushes I can do that, don't think anything on insurgency will come close to the horror of gmod maps made by kids.

Daimyo, are the buffs multiplicative? I left them as such in the excel.

Nimbus mentioned ADS speed, I think that's something that can be used instead of draw speed for the drum mags.

Edit: I've added sway speed but if i remember correctly that doesn't work on sernix?

Drum mags - should have a reload speed and draw speed penalty to incentivise support role.
Foregrips - unless you have a nade launcher, it's a no brainer to get this. Should have a (small?) draw speed penalty.
Bipods - draw speed penalty to incentivise support role.
Heavy barrel - I think that realistically speaking it should also reduce horizontal recoil due to conservation of momentum. And I don't really feel the benefits unless using the 8x on an m249. Buff pls?
Compensator - the current heavy barrel which only reduces vertical recoil should be a compensator.
Silencer, scopes - small draw speed penalty.
The idea here is to add small penalties so if you select every single thing you would draw it slower, which makes the naked gun a viable option when you need to run and gun. I'm probably going to get flamed for this lmao.
With the reload speed and draw speed mods, I was wondering if we could get some more? Gonna suggest some maybe weird ideas here because outpost gives us a lot of supply points to play with.
Subsonic ammunition - reduced recoil, sound range, damage.
Overpressure ammunition - increased recoil, sound range, damage. Primarily for pistol ammo and smgs using pistol ammo. Do rifles have this?
