Okay guys and girls.

Think on end of the Week maybe we get our map based elo back.

Coder is working on new elo and thats why we atm not have map based elo.

Currently I am rewriting map-based ratings, 'cos generated teams are more imbalanced, than using common ratings (based on trueskill). The idea how to rewrite is here: https://twitter.com/___em92/status/1117061908350296064

One of the reasons, why current implementation of map-based rating (based on avg. performance) gives imbalanced games, is some players (specially Syrumz) get bloated ratings. These players almost every game get noobs in their team while the opposite team gets average players, and result of this match is crushing defeat.

Second reason is quite subjective performance calculation of individual player. Currently for one match is counted like this: https://github.com/em92/quakelive-local-ratings/blob/0e6575c5ac75c53099e65ea6399293db52478fa8/qllr/submission.py#L153
I don't know how it corresponds to reality. We can discuss and change it infinitely. Once I made a web-app for Russian CTF-pickup community where every player can write your own formula and discuss. The result is nothing. Just no results.

Third reason, trueskill-based ratings are proofed to better than avg. performance in giving balanced teams. It may be not good, when there is new player playing A&D, but if all players played enough before, balance is good.

Hope will finish the work this week, and then I will return BETTER map-based rating (based on trueskill, not avg. performance).
