Yes. A good one. We already know how to make a quick dogfight server. Take Wasteds map, enter two lines into the console and start dogfighting. If you got a server with sourcemod, just enter this:

!sm_cvar tf_scout_stunball_ball_regen_rate 0.3

and

!sm_cvar tf_scout_air_dash_count 999

There you go! Lets do this!
