The Valviari Family: Provides weapons for the organization and concentrates on business deals revolving weapons and explosives; distribute weapons to each member of the organization; work with Salieri Family in sharing intelligence and cooperating in raids.
1. Don't raid allies or other members.
2. Don't Car jack or steal from other members or allies.
3. Dirty tricks are allowed, competition is encouraged. Compete with other families. Don't ask permission to do so.
4. Don't start any street wars with other families. We don't want to look like we are having a war between the families.
5. Obey your bosses.
6. Don't ask for promotions.
7. Don't interupt during meetings or anything important. If there is an event going on ask if you may join in before you come barging in.
8. Ask permission before raiding or doing anything stupid.
9. From time to time check the steam group page.

11. Don't ♥♥♥♥♥ about other member's doings, if it's a problem report it calmly to a boss.
12. Act your age, don't be immature and hump sex dolls in the middle of meetings.
13. Don't get angry at competition since it is encouraged, if your car blows up because another family rigged it don't come ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to your boss.
1. Do as you are told by your highers, you may be asked to raid, carjack, mug, or anything. You are trained and prepared for these situations and becoming a sgarrista means you have given your life to the mafia.

3. Don't ♥♥♥♥ up too much, if you do it shows you are weak and you will be taken back into training. Your boss is depending on you, poorly trained soldiers means bad reputation amoung the families, and it makes him a target. So you better have listened in training.
1. The best way to show your loyalty is to do what you are told without complaints.
2. Don't ask for a promotion, promotions will come in time. Asking for a promotion will just decrease your chances of a promotion.
3. Follow the rules.
4. Listen to your highers. Your orders may come from sgarristas or even the regimes themselves. Do errands for them and they will consider training you for combat.
5. Train: Train for combat in preperation for a promotion.
6. Promotion: You are now a sgarrista, one of the damn few on the server.
