The Saharan spy set had a knife, in which back stabbing someone would make that spy instantly disguise as his victim, and silently kills people so they wouldn't leave a reminiscent of the victims body.
How does he do that? Well, the spy is holding all 3 items, so his decloak sound is massively decreased, so he can perform assassinations and mass stabbing sprees. What if this spy messes up? With his gun he whips out, getting a shot will regenerate his cloak, so he can live, rinse, wash, and repeat this magnificent p,ay style of stealth, espionage, and pulling of a Rambo as you skulk along the way I. The shadows or in broad daylight, with your %100 transuculant cloak of beauty and sheer death!
Now Valve removed the item set bonuses, gave this set a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bonus because now you have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ taunt effect which does nothing except add more things for your RAM to suck on while people say that the l'etranger has been buffed and people should goof lol.

IMO, the L'etranger should've gotten a faster firing speed.
