Rules:

1:killing in rp is ok but only if ur gangster mobboss or gundealer with exeption of cops when they kill a wanted player
Citizens,cooks and medics are forbidden to kill unless (if cook or medic)/rpname states u are in the mob or a gundealers helper etc assassin/murderer/terrorist u get the point but it must be reasonable
