Roster

Team meeting, it's a must.

Can't believe I'm actually writing an announcement, but I feel it's time for another team meeting but this time a more serious kind. Not one where we briefly talk and it results in memes and jokes.

I really do enjoy this team, it's been one of the best, asides from all the recent events that have ocurred, some being my own fault, and I apologize for that. Specifically for me not appearing to some scrims and even a match, but I can't exactly control my sleeping habits, or sleeping schedule for that matter. But that's besides the point I want to make.

Some people get bored and tired, they want to move on and play better things or not play at all, and thats totally fine. Though as Signboys is currently, things feel as if we hit a wall, team wise.

I'll try to keep it brief and not walltext you guys, but during the meeting these are just some topics I'd like for us to discuss, and seriously dicuss and not just fool around. It's all fun and games till the team feels as if it's falling apart.

• Discord - are we moving over or sticking to mumble? Because personally I feel as if discord would be the better option. Far more organized, better voice quality. Doesn't interfere with your game as much as mumble.
  
  
• Team roster - Who are our mains? Are we getting rid of anyone? Do we need any fill-ins, subs, etc.
  
  
• Map reviews - I don't want these to be too manditory, but if we're playing a map where some people feel as if they're unsure of, we should do one. It especially would help keep our team be organized as to where they should be.
  
  
• Coms and mic checks - The standard, our coms being far too messy, and mic checks so that those who are too quiet or have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mics can try to adjust so things are a bit more clear. When games start, coms should try to be clear and controled as possible.
  
  
• Gameplay - The general, how can we improve as a team, inputs and all that. Remember, there's no I in team.

That's about it. When will this happen? I have no idea but I hope soon.

Other than that I hope Singboys finishes this season off on a good note. To see how far ya'll came together. I've already heard stories as is about the team.
