NAR is wack

After government choices from the NAR, the people need change. The people of NAR seem to not be connected with the rest of their group, you can see this through activeness in combat and amount of votes in their elections. People in groups need to be connected to their leaders to make a strong bond between the people and the leaders. NAR does not seem to have this. NAR needs change, and this group is here to provide it.
