Japanese multiplayer mod for Mount and Blade Warband

What is Sengoku Jidai?
A semi-accurate Japanese multiplayer modificiation for Mount&Blade Warband. Sengoku Jidai changes the Mount&Blade Warband multiplayer experience by allowing players to battle against each other as Japanese warriors from historic clans in Sengoku period Japan. Players will be able to use Japanese weapons and armors from the Sengoku period, design their own Japanese looking character, and enjoy music reflecting medieval Japan.

What do you mean by semi-accurate?
When this project was originally started, I realized quite quickly that it would be nearly impossible to properly balance a multiplayer modification that attempts to go for complete historical accuracy. So what this mod aims to provide is a semi-accurate representation of the weapons, armors, and fighting styles of warriors in Sengoku Japan while ensuring players can enjoy a balanced and enjoyable mod. This mod is being created to provide an enjoyable experience as a video game and not a history lesson so design choices will lean more towards game elements that will make the gameplay more fun.
