It looks like the lag has stopped as of today, but only time will tell if it returns.
Thanks for everyone dealing wit the situation in a mature way. I appreciate it.
i'm looking into some of the Lua errors when trying to do a chat command.

also remember we'll be having an server event soon. some of you all already know what it'll be, stay tuned

Update About the Server (2/7/2014)

There seems to be a memory leak causing frequent server restarts.
The server provider that I use have said they are looking into the issue,and trying their best to get with facepunch to correct the issue.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

remember to voice your opinions about the server,or if you beilve there is any wrong doing going on.
