Newbies Unite

Skullgirls is a really fun game but can have an incredibly steep learning curve. This group is to help organise rooms for newer players as well as less experienced and casual players. Hopefully this will help you find opponents at a similiar level.

Anyone can make an event, so before you start playing give the group a shoutout and hop in the group chat.

If you practice a lot, get good real quick, and start kicking all our butts we'll have to graduate ya! So aim for the reservoir cause the sky's so far away ;)

There's a tournament out there for new players and you should totally check it out if you have the time.

Looks like the BnB sweet spot is from 5-15 hits, so if you're doing better than that, you can use a character your not as good at join a different tournament going at the same time.
