Elite ITO combat team

We are a group of highly trained ITO marines. Fast reflexes are needed to be a member.
You have to be a Spearhead but i will take you in if you are an ELITE player!
S-01 stands for Spearheads-One.

In the S-01 team i would like the members to own these aspects:
Teamwork:
Stand together no matter what, and help teammates get out of trouble.
Reflexes:
If you see an enemy to your left shooting at you... being able to turn around and kill him before he kills you.
Eagle eye:
Not needed but could be awesome if you had this kind of sight.
Being able to see enemies from a long distance even without scope.
