Wreckfest kit is live, wipe tomorrow

To prepare for the wipe we release a kit the night before to purge the server of its biggest bases.

Kit is good for 10 uses and includes the following:

50 C4
50 Rockets
2 Rocket Launchers
Meds, Bandages, Berries
400 Explosive Rounds
400 Incendiary Rounds
Armor and Clothes
M249

Commands:

/kit wreckfest
/rwarp - 4 of the biggest bases on the map added to rwarp.
