The Grenadeirs and Muskteers Go make Fortifications, while the Generals/Staff make fortifications. The Regualrs/Regualar Officers,Eliet Regulars/Eliet Regualar Officers Go Attack!
Our modo is "Aim small miss small."
ANY Soldier or officers out of line will make you a imediate Court Hearing, to discuss the punishment. If a officer gives a order do it UNDERSTOOD.
The format for the Unit selection or a Eliet Soldiers will be this.
Format:
What will you do if your officer got shot?
What will you do if you were given a order?
Did you at least issue in 15 battles?
Did you at least come to 20 Get togethers?
Did you come to any trainings?
Will you endow any punishment if you were left alone?
Will you help a fellow comrade if he is shot and hurt?
Did you have at least 8-10 months in the group?
Did you at least have 200 Hours in the server?
