How exactly do I connect to the server? I tried using the ip rapid put in this thread with connect in console and it did not work and when I tried to search ruder, or gaming or rudder gaming I could not find any result matching this one.

Depends on what time you log on. Not a lot of players on during the day but evening player count is going up just about every day. That was be evening/night like 8pm-1am EST.
