If you no longer have space in your base and still wish to put a locker, you can place one inside the trader HQ in Kent Raceway. Just use the trader group to get inside, then switch to your own group to place your locker. Just put a sign on top of your locker to let us know that you own it.

I posted a complete detailed list of the clothes mods in the server. Just check it in the discussions whenever you need a price guide.
