Roy Makes Aircraft

I pushed the update for everything last night, but figured I'd give a heads-up on it.

A new afterburner effect I was working on is now live, which looks pretty nice, even if it may be a little intense, and removed the old particle flames in the process.

All usages of the Lerp() function have now been removed and been converted to be frametime-based, which hopefully prevents any animation issues with them either playing faster or slower than intended.

All of the Max Velocity and Health values have been changed for each aircraft, now making them all proportionate to each other based on their reported real-life top speeds.

And last but not least, missile speeds have been adjusted to a more stable number for those that were set to an excessive value, and those that were quite slow have been increased, and all missiles overall have had their turn rates increased, so that they should keep their tracking a lot better than previously, but should still offer *some* evasion, but is a much tighter window to do so.
