Change in roleplay shall not come from the top-down, from the Old Guard. Change will not come from an elitist bureaucracy, or a reactionary establishment. Change will come from the people alone, the new generation of roleplayers that have so many good qualities that would make them the perfect leaders for today's roleplay. What we must do is recognise this fact, and proceed to train them to harness their qualities for the good of roleplay.

We also need a NTW mod for more faction unless it must be equal for all Factions in NTW unlike NTW 3 since Five Nations are too overpowered.
