Hi, Im wondering if you guys have made any youtube videos from X2, X3, X3TC or X3AP for/on/about ships, battles, mods etc. as Ive opened up new sections for videos through-out my x-sites. The sections need testing somewhat, however hopefully everything works fine. I would ask you only add videos you made (no copyrighted material in them). Any video submitted will need approval by a member of staff before its viewable: to make sure the video is about the correct thing (do we want to see a dancing donkey, on the X3AP media page?.. well.. maybe but its in the wrong place :p).

If you have a video on particular ship, you can now add it directly to the ship pages. To do this, find the ship in the correct section, and then click on the youtube icon (right of the ships name). A new page will appear where you can add video your videos. Im not sure how many of you have made videos about particular ships, however at least now you have the option of adding them for people to find. Myabe you made a video on a ship giving tips, advice, review or even just your first battle with it? Just another way of adding your own content.

General videos; such as general battles, mods, help or official (ones egosoft made) can be added to the video section of each x-site. These sections are found under the nav bar, media then videos.

The last note is for the staff at the site: a number of changes have been done (some minor). You should notice a quick-link to the admin section to the right of name (making it easier to find). The same thing for adding news; there is a small link at the bottom of the page etc. The newly recreated x picture pages could do with some more pictures from X2, X3, X3TC and/or X3AP. We can now handle images up-to 1280 x 720; instead of the old 700 x 394 (700 x 394 wasn’t big enough!). I didn’t add support over 720p as they take a lot more space and only give a little more detail. A few pictures have already been replaced however it would be nice if we could have a mixture. Although please don’t go mad - we don’t need 100+ pictures for each game, probably 10-15 would be good. I can create new picture areas if requried, just ask.
