Announces when there are 16+ players on 24+ slot servers

As the activity is quite low in Resistance and Liberation, it could be neat if someone "told you" when people actually are playing =).

This group announces with events when a 24+ slot server has 16+ players.

The announcement/event names shall follow this format:
16/32 EU Eglise

Please write in group comments if you want to be an officer and announce activity.
You will not get demoted for not announcing stuff, but will be for posting numerous announcements/events that does not fit the requirements.


== RULES FOR THE OFFICERS/ADMINS ==

DO follow the format for the announcement/event names.
do NOT announce lower activity than 16 players.
do NOT announce activity on servers with fewer than 24 slots.
do NOT post announcements/events within 3 hours after an old one.
