since giving birth over two years ago, my fitness is virtually non-existent. I was doing exercise 3/4 times a week and now it's a bit of walking. I've gained weight and lost total confidence in myself and i've gone from sociable to shy because of it and it's making me unhappy. Please can I have recommendations of some fun and different exercise classes rather than just the gym where I'm left to it. I don't mind a bit of a travel. Thanks.
