Giving away (mostly) free items since 2000 BC

Basically I have decided to start up a raffling group.... Yay?
It works like this:
1. I say that I am selling "Insert Item Name Here"
2. You decide weather you want to raffle for it or not
3. There will be a minimum price. The BOT will check BP.TF prices and see if you meet the standards to enter.
4. I then choose either a totally random person to win it or... the person who gave in the highest pricing items.
5. Remember don't put in a item which is worth more then the item being raffled (Duh)

Extra Side Notes:

1.This will take a while to get fully running and so if I don't have enough people enter then your items are returned and the raffle is cancelled until I am ready.

2.ATM I have no idea what Items I will sell. Weather it is a Max's Head or a Scrap.

3. I don't know if I will raffle another non TF2 items in the future if this kicks off.
