On armies

1) Each nation (by default) Gets 4 external armies and one static army

2) The way bigger countries (like russia) get more armies is like so.

3)Now take the number of sq miles of the entire country, for every 20,000 sq miles, you get an army, but this caps at 20 armies.

4) So Russia has 6,593,000 sq miles. Im not even going to touch that one, it's capped at 20 armies ofc.

5) (It rounds) So Russia now has 20. 1/4 of this number will be external armies, and the rest static.

6. Now Russia has 5 external armies and 15 static armies. In addition to the default, Russia has a total of 9 external armies and 16 static armies.

7. Using the same process for a smaller country (Italy). Italy has 116,000 sq miles, now for every 20,000, Italy will get 6 armies, since it rounds Italy now obtains 8 armies. In addition to the default, Italy now has 6 external armies and 7 static armies.

Nation: Italy
Lands. Italy, incluidng sicily and Sardinia. Libya(colony) Ethiopia(Colony)

Each new land/colony you gain will give you +1 external arm. But this action can only be done every Sunday, when invaded by a country however, this army immediately spawns.

So all in all for Italy.

One army stationed in Tripoli(cannot move outside borders)
One army stationed in addis abba(Cannot move outside borders)
Four armies stationed in Italy(can move outside)
Two external armies are given for Libya and Ethiopia, (I can place them wherever I want)

In total:
Three static armies.
6 free armies.

For every four static army you have, you get a fortress for the nation/colony that said nation happens to be in. So I have 7 static armies in Libya? I can have one fort in Libya now including my fort which is always at the capital.

On movement and Declaration of war

1) Once Declaration of war is sent, the defending country gets 12 hrs to post a "response" announcement, if he does not post a response announcement he loses 1 static army. if he post a response announcement then the situation will continue normally.

2) From there, a 24 hour time limit will begin, and every 24 hours the enemy doesnt respond, then he loses another static army. If the defender continues to not respond, he keeps losing static and then external armies in his country, however, as stated in the discussions rules. 4v4's are fought over 100,000 sq miles, if the defender has 100,000 sq miles left and no armies, then the 100,000 sq will be annexed by the enemy. however if an ally chooses to send and army to help the defender given that the defender still has 100,000 sq miles or more,then the defender still has a chance.

3) When your moving armies to another country, you must post a detailed announcement stating so. But for the next 24 hrs, you cannon't move that specefic army anywhere. Unless it's sunday.
When you are moving an army from one of your lands to another. A very detailed announcement must be made stating that you are moving one of your armies. EX; ( 2 external armies will be moving to this region etc..) BUT for the next 24 hours, you can't move that army to any other country/colony.

4) Also, Defender may choose the game (ETW or NTW) For the first battle of the war. However, the attacker gets to choose the game the next battle. If the attacker or defender do not comply, then the attacker may choose to flee the war altogether. But for the defender, the defender must comply or else as he does not "respond to battle" (refusing to play) Then they begin losing external armies, and then static armies.

5) If a said nation leader really can't play a game, then a group chat or trial will commence to determine if the nation leader is found guilty of refusing to play a game when he can in fact play it. If he is found innocent, then the "other" game must be played.

Personally, I firmly believe each nation leader obtains access to either game. But if it really is a prob, then the other game will be played.
