Prosperity Will Follow!

The problem with RE is it is divided with the mature adults, and the 12 year old invasion force that apparently took over while RE was a spec in RP after TRE was inactive for a while. For true sake, we might aswell let it die. Once Agean is back (Which i find crucially odd) Will not help RE in any way shape or form. Just a simple figure-head that was once great. But now it seems he's a child who can hardly formulate any sentencing sctructure. Sure he was in a foreign nation for a year or so, but that isn't going to change your whole entire english base. There fore I find that this Agean is no longer the great Agean that I knew, and fought with agaisnt TRE in the first war. But a blubbering old fool who wishes to have his 12 year old empire on top of everything else.

As such I find that we must either 1. Elect a leader WHO will remain active, WHO will take care of diplomancy. Which I find it hard for the "Empire" to be split apart into different sections that are revolved around a "god" called Agean. Who from the looks probably was a fool to start with just that he didn't have his spelling demons that can't even put there titles correctly into major positions. Which if they were to be elets say. Put into actual positions that could fit there takes on things, other than a major position. Like Prince etc. ROTG, or RE in general was actually a great place before Agean went mad with just letting any dumb-ass who thinks there really good at talking to people join and get a major position. RE. Has one choice. Leave Agean, or die. Reforms are the biggest thing that will need to happen.

1. All 12 year olds who cannot spell, sha'll be put into smaller positions and hold no lands what so ever in the empire.
2. Older and more Wise ROTG members AKA: Ian, Ed, and Myself will be put in charge of the Empire until further notice
3. Agean is no longer Emperor of RE, or ROTG. For he, left this Empire to die, and never gave it to the proper people to actually take care of. But just a little bunch of trigger happy, on diplomatic indivuals.
4. RE will be under a council it will have 1 Major military. instead of acting like a bunch of Tribes that attack when they want to.
5. Leaders must submit, if not there lands will be taken from them and they will be excommunicated.

So as such. For RE or ROTG to survive. We must reform, and actually form a stable goverment.
