Rusty Butt Open For Buisness

With feedback from those that care to help I'm tweaking the mods we are currently running and seeing if a few can work with the new harbors that were added.

- Halved Gathering Levels Accumulation Rate to be rewarding but not riidiculous.

- Air Drops will be going to every 15-30 minutes with a 20 minute timer for drop degrade so long as there is at least 1 player on server.

- Heli will stay vanilla with a spawn once per hour but we may beef up its defense to make it more of a challenge.

- Weapon on back working to fix with new map layout bug.

- Anti Wall Stacking Mod only works about half the time.

- Ranking Mod Not Maintained so its kludgy as hell and would require a major overhaul to make it work right.

- Sign Artist given to players on a case by case basis

- Noob kit being worked on to make it just a "Tad" easier to avoid super easy ganking of fresh spawn.

- Kits will never have anything other than primitive crap.

- Putting Radtown Animal Mod back in

- Working on true NPC mods

- Server will move to a beefy host if pop warramts it.

- Scriptimg A oxide auto updater to go with the facepunch one.
