To apply for the CO [Commanding Officer] of an battalion, they are required to be +15 to apply, after you will be interviewed by other CO's of previous leadership skills,and other questions, once you have been interviewed you will be scheduled for on OP [Operation] on your in game strategies, and leadership, and once you have finished the tasks the CO's will have a discussion on your CO application and see if you have what we need. But if you do not meet our expectations you will be give the option to try out for an officer position for an already active battalion, or legion.


Every battalion has its own divisions it is up to the CO [Commanding Officer] to decide on what division he, or her wants to have in their battalion or legion, but every division is required to have at least one JO [Junior Officer] or higher to lead the division.
